Returns & Refund Policy
Effective for purchases made through Aura Boutique’s online store only.
At Aura Boutique, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received is defective.
- We sent the wrong item.
For returns within Cyprus, the return shipping fee is €5.00.
For international returns, shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and package size.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable).
- Gift cards.
- Earrings and certain accessories for hygiene reasons.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at info@auraboutiquecy.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it must be returned following our Returns Policy.
Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Aura Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery or contact us immediately. Any delivery damage should be reported within 24 hours.
